ABSTRACT

PURPOSE: Bladder cancer surveillance is associated with high costs and patient burden. CxMonitor (CxM), a home urine test, allows patients to skip their scheduled surveillance cystoscopy if CxM-negative indicating a low probability of cancer presence. We present outcomes from a prospective multi-institutional study of CxM to reduce surveillance frequency during the coronavirus pandemic. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Eligible patients due for cystoscopy from March-June 2020 were offered CxM and skipped their scheduled cystoscopy if CxM-negative. CxM-positive patients came for immediate cystoscopy. The primary outcome was safety of CxM-based management, assessed by frequency of skipped cystoscopies and detection of cancer at immediate or next cystoscopy. Patients were surveyed on satisfaction and costs. RESULTS: During the study period, 92 patients received CxM and did not differ in demographics nor history of smoking/radiation between sites. 9 of 24 (37.5%) CxM-positive patients had 1 T0, 2 Ta, 2 Tis, 2 T2, and 1 Upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) on immediate cystoscopy and subsequent evaluation. 66 CxM-negative patients skipped cystoscopy, and none had findings on follow-up cystoscopy requiring biopsy. Six of these patients did not attend follow-up, 4 elected to undergo additional CxM instead of cystoscopy, 2 stopped surveillance, and 2 died of unrelated causes. CxM-negative and positive patients did not differ in demographics, cancer history, initial tumor grade/stage, AUA risk group, or number of prior recurrences. Median satisfaction (5/5, IQR 4-5) and costs (26/33, 78.8% no out-of-pocket costs) were favorable. CONCLUSIONS: CxM safely reduces frequency of surveillance cystoscopy in real-world settings and appears acceptable to patients as an at-home test.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: The use of checkpoint inhibitors has become increasingly important in the treatment of different cancers, including advanced muscle-invasive urothelial cancer and even in basal cell carcinoma. We present the case of a patient with advanced basal cell carcinoma and metastatic muscle-invasive urothelial cancer, who was treated with the programmed death-ligand 1 inhibitor, atezolizumab for both cancers. CASE PRESENTATION: A 72-year-old Caucasian female patient, with a history of smoking without any comorbidities developed periocular basal cell carcinoma, which was surgically removed but relapsed 4 years later. Surgical excision was carried out twice, but with positive margins, therefore definitive radiotherapy was given. Subsequently, the patient developed non-muscle-invasive papillary urothelial carcinoma, which was removed by transurethral resection. Follow-up was irregular owing to the patient's inadequate compliance, and within 2 years, the patient's cancer relapsed and histology confirmed muscle-invasive urothelial carcinoma. Definitive radiochemotherapy was not accepted by the patient. Meanwhile, the patient's basal cell carcinoma had also progressed, despite receiving vismodegib therapy. Therefore, the patient was administered epirubicin-cisplatin. Having reached the maximum cumulative dose of epirubicin, treatment with this chemotherapeutic agent could not be continued. The patient developed bladder cancer metastasis in her left suprainguinal lymph nodes. Owing to the presence of both types of tumors, programmed death-ligand 1 inhibitor atezolizumab treatment was chosen. In just over 1 year, the patient received 17 cycles of atezolizumab altogether, which was tolerated well without any adverse or side effects. Follow-up imaging scans indicated complete remission of the metastatic bladder cancer and stable disease of the basal cell carcinoma. The patient subsequently passed away in hospital due to a complication of COVID-19 infection. CONCLUSIONS: Our patient attained stable disease in advanced basal cell carcinoma and complete remission in metastatic muscle-invasive urothelial cancer after receiving programmed death-ligand 1 inhibitor, atezolizumab, therapy. To our knowledge, this is the first paper to report the use of programmed death-ligand 1 inhibitor, atezolizumab, as treatment for advanced basal cell carcinoma. This case may also be of interest for clinicians when treating patients with two synchronous cancers.

ABSTRACT

INTRODUCTION: Standard urotherapy in children with nocturnal enuresis (NE) is first-line treatment according to the current International Children's Continence Society (ICCS) guidelines. ICCS defines standard urotherapy as information and demystification, instruction in how to resolve lower urinary tract dysfunction, lifestyle advice, registration of symptoms and voiding habits, and support and encouragement. These interventions often are time consuming and some aspects of urotherapy, such as fluid restrictions, can be a frustrating process for a child, which emphasizes the importance of clarifying their relevance. The purpose of this review is to perform a systematic search in literature to evaluate the use of standard urotherapy in the treatment of children with primary NE (PNE). STUDY DESIGN: A systematic literature search was conducted in MEDLINE, Embase, and CENTRAL based on the key concepts of standard urotherapy and NE. We identified 2,476 studies. After a systematic selection process using the Covidence tool, 39 studies were included. The quality of the studies was assessed by the QualSyst Checklist. Our protocol adheres to the PRISMA statement and was registered in PROSPERO database (CRD42020185611). RESULTS: Most of the 39 included studies scored low in quality. All studies combined several urotherapy interventions and studied different study populations. Twenty-two randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were included, which reported 0-92% of children being dry after urotherapy treatment. Three RCTs, all individualizing and optimizing drinking and voiding during the day and practicing optimal toilet posture, scored higher in quality based on the QualSyst score, and reported few children experiencing complete resolution of NE (5-33%). Eight studies compared the efficacy of urotherapy to a control group, however, conflicting results were found. DISCUSSION: This systematic review presents available literature in the field of standard urotherapy in the treatment of children with PNE. One possible explanation for low efficacy rates of urotherapy in NE is the large heterogeneity of the study populations and interventions. Additionally, the intervention period and the intensity of intervention can have an impact on the outcome. CONCLUSION: The number of clinical studies on standard urotherapy in children with NE is limited and many of them are of poor quality. High quality research in a well-defined NE population is needed to establish the role of standard urotherapy in first-line treatment of children with NE or as an add-on to other first line treatments. We conclude that at present there is insufficient evidence for recommending standard urotherapy to children with PNE as a first line treatment modality.

ABSTRACT

Multiple sclerosis (MS) often leads to the development of neurogenic lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS). We previously characterized neurogenic bladder dysfunction in a mouse model of MS induced by a coronavirus, mouse hepatitis virus (MHV). The aim of the study was to identify genes and pathways linking neuroinflammation in the central nervous system with urinary bladder (UB) dysfunction to enhance our understanding of the mechanisms underlying LUTS in demyelinating diseases. Adult C57BL/6 male mice (N = 12) received either an intracranial injection of MHV (coronavirus-induced encephalomyelitis, CIE group), or sterile saline (control group). Spinal cord (SC) and urinary bladders (UB) were collected from CIE mice at 1 wk and 4 wks, followed by RNA isolation and NanoString nCounter Neuroinflammation assay. Transcriptome analysis of SC identified a significantly changed expression of >150 genes in CIE mice known to regulate astrocyte, microglia and oligodendrocyte functions, neuroinflammation and immune responses. Two genes were significantly upregulated (Ttr and Ms4a4a), and two were downregulated (Asb2 and Myct1) only in the UB of CIE mice. Siglec1 and Zbp1 were the only genes significantly upregulated in both tissues, suggesting a common transcriptomic link between neuroinflammation in the CNS and neurogenic changes in the UB of CIE mice.

ABSTRACT

PURPOSE: We sought to determine if children with functional constipation (FC) would have an improvement in bladder function with treatment of constipation with a bowel management program (BMP). METHODS: A single-institution review was performed in children aged 3-18 with FC who underwent a BMP from 2014 to 2020. Clinical characteristics, bowel management details, and the Vancouver Symptom Score for Dysfunctional Elimination Syndrome (VSS), Baylor Continence Scale (BCS), and Cleveland Clinic Constipation Score (CCCS) were collected. Data were analyzed using linear mixed effect modeling with random intercept. RESULTS: 241 patients were included with a median age of 9 years. Most were White 81 and 47% were female. Univariate tests showed improvement in VSS (- 3.6, P < 0.0001), BCS (- 11.96, P < 0.0001), and CCCS (- 1.9, P < 0.0001) among patients having undergone one BMP. Improvement was noted in VSS and CCCS among those with more than one BMP (VSS: - 1.66, P = 0.023; CCCS: - 2.69, P < 0.0001). Multivariate tests indicated undergoing a BMP does result in significant improvement in VSS, BCS, and CCCS (P < 0.0001). CONCLUSIONS: There is significant improvement in bladder function in children with FC who undergo a BMP. For patients with bowel and bladder dysfunction and FC, a BMP is a reasonable treatment strategy for lower urinary tract symptoms.

RATIONALE: Bladder calcification is a rare presentation that was first interpreted to be related to a urea-splitting bacterial infection. Aside from infection, other hypotheses such as schistosomiasis, tuberculosis, cancer, and cytokine-induced inflammatory processes have also been reported. Severe coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is known for its provoking cytokine storm and uninhibited systematic inflammation, and calcification over the coronary artery or lung has been reported as a long-term complication. PATIENT CONCERNS: We presented a 68 years old man who had persistent lower urinary tract symptoms after recovery from severe COVID-19. No urea-splitting bacteria were identified from urine culture. DIAGNOSIS: Cystoscopy examination revealed diffuse bladder mucosal and submucosa calcification. INTERVENTIONS: Transurethral removal of the mucosal calcification with lithotripsy. OUTCOMES: The patient's lower urinary tract symptoms improved, and stone analysis showed 98% calcium phosphate and 2% calcium oxalate. No newly formed calcifications were found at serial follow-up. CONCLUSION: Diffuse bladder calcification may be a urinary tract sequela of COVID-19 infection. Patients with de novo lower urinary tract symptoms after severe COVID-19 should be further investigated.

ABSTRACT

INTRODUCTION: Secondary urinary tract tumors are uncommon findings and mainly evolve by direct invasion from adjacent organs. Actual metastatic involvement often develops in the urinary bladder, while the upper urinary tract is infrequently affected. In addition, the lungs, breast, and prostate gland are the usual primary sites. Colorectal carcinoma (CRC) may spread to the ureter directly or seeds via vascular or lymphatic channels. It may pose struggles in the differential diagnosis because CRC shares standard pathologic features with the primary adenocarcinoma of the urinary tract. CASE PRESENTATION: We describe the case of an 81-year-old man who was referred to our hospital with a distal ureteral tumor that was treated by a ureteronephrectomy. The histopathological and genetic analysis established the diagnosis of metastatic CRC along with 3 metastases in the renal pelvis. CONCLUSION: This rare case highlights the limitations of conventional histological processing, including immunohistochemistry, and it underlines the role of molecular investigations in certain circumstances.

ABSTRACT

PURPOSE: This study introduced an A-mode portable ultrasound bladder scanner, the Lilium® α-200 (here after Lilium; Lilium Otsuka, Kanagawa, Japan), for the treatment of prostate cancer patients with hypofractionated volumetric modulated arc therapy to improve the reproducibility of bladder volume (BV). MATERIALS AND METHODS: Thirty patients were advised to maintain full BV prior to computed tomography (CT) simulation and daily treatment. Among these, the BV of 15 patients was measured using Lilium until a BV of 80% in the simulation was achieved (with the Lilium group). Daily cone-beam CT (CBCT) was performed for treatment. The correlation between BV measured by CBCT and Lilium was assessed. The differences in the BV and dosimetric parameters of the bladder in the CBCT versus planning CT were compared between the groups with and without Lilium. RESULTS: There was a significantly strong relationship (r = 0.796, p < 0.05) between the BVs measured using CBCT and Lilium. The relative BV ratios to simulation CT < 0.5 and > 2 were observed in 10.3% and 12.7%, respectively, of treatment sessions without Lilium group, while these ratios were 1% and 2.8%, respectively, in the Lilium group. The mean absolute difference in the range of V30Gy to V40Gy without Lilium sessions was significantly larger (p < 0.05) than that in the Lilium group. CONCLUSION: The use of the A-mode portable ultrasound bladder scanner significantly improved the reproducibility of the BV, resulting in few variations in the dosimetric parameters for the bladder.

ABSTRACT

Animal models are essential to understanding COVID-19 pathophysiology and for preclinical assessment of drugs and other therapeutic or prophylactic interventions. We explored the small, cheap, and transparent zebrafish larva as a potential host for SARS-CoV-2. Bath exposure, as well as microinjection in the coelom, pericardium, brain ventricle, or bloodstream, resulted in a rapid decrease of SARS-CoV-2 RNA in wild-type larvae. However, when the virus was inoculated in the swim bladder, viral RNA stabilized after 24 h. By immunohistochemistry, epithelial cells containing SARS-CoV-2 nucleoprotein were observed in the swim bladder wall. Our data suggest an abortive infection of the swim bladder. In some animals, several variants of concern were also tested with no evidence of increased infectivity in our model. Low infectivity of SARS-CoV-2 in zebrafish larvae was not due to the host type I interferon response, as comparable viral loads were detected in type I interferon-deficient animals. A mosaic overexpression of human ACE2 was not sufficient to increase SARS-CoV-2 infectivity in zebrafish embryos or in fish cells in vitro. In conclusion, wild-type zebrafish larvae appear mostly non-permissive to SARS-CoV-2, except in the swim bladder, an aerial organ sharing similarities with the mammalian lung.

CASE: Since the declaration of COVID-19 as a pandemic, other unexpected symptoms related to the infection besides the respiratory system have been reported. Although a few case reports have revealed that adult patients with COVID-19 also complained of urinary frequency and nocturia, the exact pathophysiology is still unclear. In this case series, we present three children aged 14 to 17 years with urodynamically proven lower urinary tract dysfunction (LUTD) following COVID-19. OUTCOME: None of the patients had constipation or bowel disorder before the diagnosis of COVID-19. In addition, neurological examination and related imaging revealed no signs of etiological factors. The median time from diagnosis of COVID-19 infection to the onset of lower urinary tract symptoms was 3 months. Incomplete bladder emptying/urinary retention supported by increased bladder compliance, high post-micturition residual urine volumes, and absence of detrusor pressure increase during the voiding phase in the pressure flow study (acontractile detrusor in two patients and hypocontractile detrusor in one patient) were observed. CONCLUSION: We observed that LUTD (eg, incomplete bladder emptying, urinary retention) can be prominent some time after the diagnosis of COVID-19. Even though psychogenic or neurogenic causes may not be excluded completely, clinicians should be aware of a recent COVID-19 infection in children with sudden-onset LUTD.

ABSTRACT

The COVID-19 pandemic has modified the management of urothelial carcinoma (UC). Eighteen months after the onset of the pandemic, a scoping narrative review was able to state that radical cystectomy for UC should not be delayed beyond 10 weeks when neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) was administered and 12 weeks when it was not. NAC should be considered when imminent chemotherapy cannot be performed. Early cystectomy should not be delayed when indicated for patients with high-risk non-MIBC. Patients with non-MIBC should still receive their induction doses of intravesical instillations. Diagnostic cystoscopy should not be deferred in symptomatic patients. Surgical management of upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) allows for a wider deferral interval.

STUDY OBJECTIVE: To demonstrate intra- and postoperative steps in a successful management of a complicated vesico-[utero]/cervicovaginal fistula. DESIGN: Stepwise demonstration of the technique with narrated video footage. SETTING: A urogenital fistula in developed countries mostly occurs after gynecologic surgeries but rarely from obstetric complications. The main treatment of a urogenital fistula is either transvaginal or transabdominal surgical repair. We present a case of a 36-year-old woman, gravida 3 para 3-0-0-3, who developed a complicated large vesico-[utero]/cervicovaginal fistula after an emergent repeat cesarean section. Robotic repair was performed 2 months after the injury using the modified O'Connor method. Blood loss was minimal, and the patient was discharged from the hospital 1 day postoperatively. Follow-up showed complete healing of the fistula with no urine leakage, frequency of urination, or dyspareunia. The patient resumed normal bladder function and menstrual period up to 4 months after the repair procedure. INTERVENTIONS: The basic surgical principle of urogenital fistula repair is demonstrated: (1) development of vesicovaginal spaces by dissection of the bladder from the uterus and the vagina, (2) meticulous hemostasis, (3) adequate freshened of the fistula edges, (4) tension-free and watertight closure of the bladder. We also demonstrate some other techniques that have developed though our own practice: (1) facilitating bladder distention by temporarily blocking the fistula, (2) placement of a ureteral catheter to protect the ureters, (3) interposition with omental flap, (4) single layer through and through closure of a cystotomy with 2-0 V-Loc suture (Covidien, Irvington, NJ). CONCLUSION: Complicated urogenital fistulas may be repaired successfully using minimally invasive surgery using robotic assistance, enabling less blood loss, faster recovery, shorter hospital stay, and fewer complications, etc.

ABSTRACT

INTRODUCTION: A case of spontaneous fetal bladder rupture occurring in a woman with SARS-CoV-2 pneumonia receiving invasive ventilatory support is reported. CASE: A 33-year-old woman was admitted at 30.6 weeks' gestation with the diagnosis of severe pneumonia due to COVID-19. The patient required invasive mechanical ventilation on day 2. Propofol, fentanyl, midazolam, and dexmedetomidine were administered for sedation, pain relief, and to improve patient-ventilator interaction. A bedside ultrasound on day 3 revealed fetal megacystis. Follow-up scan two days later showed urinary ascites and a collapsed bladder. The diagnosis of fetal bladder rupture was confirmed postpartum. Bladder repair was performed on day 5, with an uneventful recovery. DISCUSSION: Transplacental transfer of opioids during invasive ventilatory support in pregnancy may cause acute fetal bladder atony leading to severe urine retention and, potentially, bladder rupture. This can be a serious complication of adjunctive therapy in women with severe SARS-CoV-2 pneumonia.

ABSTRACT

The novel coronavirus or COVID-19 has first been found in Wuhan, China, and became pandemic. Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) plays a key role in the host cells as a receptor of Spike-I Glycoprotein of COVID-19 which causes final infection. ACE2 is highly expressed in the bladder, ileum, kidney and liver, comparing with ACE2 expression in the lung-specific pulmonary alveolar type II cells. In this study, the single-cell RNAseq data of the five tissues from different humans are curated and cell types with high expressions of ACE2 are identified. Subsequently, the protein-protein interaction networks have been established. From the network, potential biomarkers which can form functional hubs, are selected based on k-means network clustering. It is observed that angiotensin PPAR family proteins show important roles in the functional hubs. To understand the functions of the potential markers, corresponding pathways have been researched thoroughly through the pathway semantic networks. Subsequently, the pathways have been ranked according to their influence and dependency in the network using PageRank algorithm. The outcomes show some important facts in terms of infection. Firstly, renin-angiotensin system and PPAR signaling pathway can play a vital role for enhancing the infection after its intrusion through ACE2. Next, pathway networks consist of few basic metabolic and influential pathways, e.g. insulin resistance. This information corroborate the fact that diabetic patients are more vulnerable to COVID-19 infection. Interestingly, the key regulators of the aforementioned pathways are angiontensin and PPAR family proteins. Hence, angiotensin and PPAR family proteins can be considered as possible therapeutic targets. ABSTRACT

Adenocarcinoma of the bladder is a rare form of malignancy accounting for fewer than 2% of bladder tumours. It is most commonly a result of direct invasion from prostatic, rectal or gynaecological primaries and less commonly presents from distant haematological or lymphatic metastasis. We report a rare case of oesophageal carcinoma metastasising to the bladder. It involves a 71-year-old man with progressive dysphagia and diagnostic computerised tomography findings of thickening in the oesophagus, bladder and common bile duct. Subsequent endoscopic biopsies of the oesophageal and bladder abnormalities showed immunohistochemical features consistent with upper gastrointestinal malignancy. This report aims to add to current clinical evidence of this route of metastasis and also highlight some of the key markers used by pathologists in interpretation of specimens. It also emphasises the essential role of a multidisciplinary approach for the diagnosis of such rare conditions.

ABSTRACT

INTRODUCTION AND HYPOTHESIS: The objective was to translate the International Consultation of Incontinence Questionnaire (ICIQ) bladder diary into Persian and validate it among the Iranian population with lower urinary tract symptoms. METHODS: After obtaining permission from the ICIQ group to translate the ICIQ bladder diary into Persian, we translated, back-translated it, and developed a Persian ICIQ bladder diary. Then, we evaluated its reliability and validity virtually via social media owing to some limitations caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. We calculated the content validity index (CVI) and content validity ratio (CVR) quantitatively. RESULTS: Thirty-nine participants completed the final version of the ICIQ bladder diary. Most of the participants were female (76.3%). For face validity, we interviewed 10 participants. Most of them considered it easy to complete the bladder diary, using a 500-ml measuring cup. Ten experts' panel determined the CVI, and the CVR. All ICIQ bladder diary criteria gained a high score, and all experts believed that all criteria of the diary were essential for patient evaluation (CVI: 0.89 to 1). Cronbach's alpha coefficient in all diary parameters was greater than 0.80 indicating high internal consistency. The test-retest reliability by intra-class correlation coefficients (ICC) for each diary parameters showed a high score indicating good agreement between the first and second test diaries. CONCLUSION: The Persian ICIQ bladder diary demonstrates good stability and strong content validity among the Iranian population with lower urinary tract symptoms.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: Lower urinary tract dysfunction (LUTD) are still important for both children and pediatric urologists. Urotherapy is recommended in LUTD treatment management. In our country, all citizens under the age of 20 were banned from going out of their homes due to Covid-19 and the homeschooling system has been adopted The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of lockdown and homeschooling on the effectiveness of urotherapy used for LUTD treatment. METHODS: 83 patients were included in the study group. Besides 306 patients were determined as the control group (pre-Covid). The patients in the study group and the control group were compared in terms of improvement in Dysfunctional voiding and incontinence scoring system (DVISS), quality of life scores, bladder diary, Bristol stool scale, and treatment responses at 3rd and 6th months. RESULTS: The study group and control group were compared in terms of DVISS, voiding frequency and incontinence in the voiding diary, quality of life score, and Bristol stool scale at admission visit and the group characteristics were similar. During the 6th month visit, the mean DVISS of the study group was found to be significantly lower (7.12 ± 3.48; 8.58 ± 4.06 respectively (p 0.002)). Daily voiding frequency was similar in the study group and the control group during the 2nd and 3rd visit. The study group's mean number of daily incontinence was significantly lower at visit 3 (0.57 ± 0.9; 0.94 ± 0.27, respectively (p 0.02).After six months of treatment, 13.3% of the study group patients had a complete response, 44.6% had a partial response, whereas 42.2% non-responders. In the control group, the response rates were as 5.9%, 39.2% and 54.9% respectively (p 0.02). CONCLUSIONS: LUTD is still very common in pediatric urology. Standard urotherapy is widely used in treatment management. According to our results, the success of standard urotherapy increases with lockdown and homeschooling. We have shown that the success of standard urotherapy can be improved by regulating environmental conditions. In terms of LUTD management, environmental conditions can be regulated to provide a better quality of life and a better cure in a more economical way.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: Since 2019, a novel coronavirus named 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) has emerged worldwide. Apart from fever and respiratory complications, acute kidney injury has been observed in a few patients with coronavirus disease 2019. Furthermore, according to recent findings, the virus has been detected in urine. Angiotensin-converting enzyme II (ACE2) has been proposed to serve as the receptor for the entry of 2019-nCoV, which is the same as that for the severe acute respiratory syndrome. This study aimed to investigate the possible cause of kidney damage and the potential route of 2019-nCoV infection in the urinary system. METHODS: We used both published kidney and bladder cell atlas data and new independent kidney single-cell RNA sequencing data generated in-house to evaluate ACE2 gene expression in all cell types in healthy kidneys and bladders. The Pearson correlation coefficients between ACE2 and all other genes were first generated. Then, genes with r values larger than 0.1 and P values smaller than 0.01 were deemed significant co-expression genes with ACE2. RESULTS: Our results showed the enriched expression of ACE2 in all subtypes of proximal tubule (PT) cells of the kidney. ACE2 expression was found in 5.12%, 5.80%, and 14.38% of the proximal convoluted tubule cells, PT cells, and proximal straight tubule cells, respectively, in three published kidney cell atlas datasets. In addition, ACE2 expression was also confirmed in 12.05%, 6.80%, and 10.20% of cells of the proximal convoluted tubule, PT, and proximal straight tubule, respectively, in our own two healthy kidney samples. For the analysis of public data from three bladder samples, ACE2 expression was low but detectable in bladder epithelial cells. Only 0.25% and 1.28% of intermediate cells and umbrella cells, respectively, had ACE2 expression. CONCLUSION: This study has provided bioinformatics evidence of the potential route of 2019-nCoV infection in the urinary system.
